We believe in doing things properly. That includes being clear about the rules for using our website.
These terms apply to your use of [www.restless.co](https://www.restless.co) (the "Site"). By using the Site, you accept them. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site. If anything isn't clear, drop us a line at hello@restless.co — we're happy to explain.
These terms cover the Site only. If you're a client, the services we deliver for you are governed by a separate agreement between us — and if these terms and that agreement ever say different things, the agreement wins.
1. Who we are
Restless Marketing Services LTD is an AI marketing company. We build smarter social content, faster — for brands who want a real performance edge. We're incorporated in England & Wales, and our address is 2nd Floor, 42 Southwark Street, London, SE1 1UN.

3. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Every time you use the Site, the version in force at that time applies — so check back occasionally to make sure you're happy with them.
4. Changes to the Site
We update and improve the Site regularly, and may change or remove content at any time. We don't guarantee that the Site, or anything on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict any part of the Site for business or operational reasons.
5. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation, or that's fraudulent or harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the servers it's hosted on, or any connected systems.
- Knowingly introduce viruses, malware or any other material that's malicious or technologically harmful.
- Misuse any contact forms or email addresses on the Site — including sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications.
If you breach these terms, your right to use the Site ends immediately. Where a breach causes damage — for example, a denial-of-service attack — we may report it to the relevant authorities and cooperate with them, including by disclosing your identity where the law allows.
6. Our content
We own (or properly license) everything on the Site — the text, design, graphics, logos, video and everything else. It's protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws around the world. All rights are reserved.
You're welcome to:
- View, download and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference.
- Share links to the Site, provided you do so fairly and legally, and don't suggest any association or endorsement where none exists.
You may not:
- Use any part of the Site's content for commercial purposes without a licence from us.
- Modify the content you've copied, or use any graphics, photos or video separately from the text that accompanies them.
- Remove or obscure any notice identifying us (or our contributors) as the author of content.

7. Don't rely on the Site as advice
The content on the Site is provided for general information. It isn't advice — marketing, legal, financial or otherwise — and you shouldn't rely on it as the basis for decisions without seeking appropriate professional input. While we work hard to keep the Site up to date, we make no promises that its content is accurate, complete or current.
8. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites, tools and applications. Those links are provided for your information only — they're not an endorsement, and we have no control over (and no responsibility for) the content or practices of those third parties. Our Privacy Policy says the same about their data practices, and we'd encourage you to read their documentation before sharing anything with them.
9. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Beyond that:
- The Site is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations that might otherwise apply to it.
- We won't be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, or your reliance on its content — including any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, business, or anticipated savings.
- We don't guarantee the Site is free from viruses or other harmful material. You're responsible for your own virus protection and for configuring your technology to access the Site safely.
If you're using the Site in the course of business, these limits apply to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
10. General
- Severability — if any part of these terms turns out to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest still stands.
- No waiver — if we don't enforce a right under these terms straight away, that doesn't mean we've given it up.
- Transfer — we may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation (for example, as part of a business sale). You may not transfer yours without our written consent.
11. Governing law
These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes — except that if you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your home nation.
